As Canadians, we not only complain about the weather, but we are notorious for our bitter water-cooler conversations about how the current temperature is nothing like the weatherman predicted. This Christmas, we wanted to give everyone the gift of a weather forecast. It’s as unreliable as the one we complain about, but much more fun.
Our weather app consisted of ten animated shorts. The animation that played depended on the weather forecast in a user’s location. Most people check the weather on their mobile phone, so we created a responsive site that could be viewed on mobile, tablet and desktop. Users could also change the location to get the forecast for any city on Earth.
