To promote their new game Blazing Angels II, Ubisoft wanted a microsite experience that would stand out in the cluttered arena of game launches.
Our solution was a microsite and online banner campaign based on D.I.Y. paper airplanes. We created amusing videos which were showcased on the site. Site visitors were able to create paper airplane designs templates that replicated authentic WWII planes. Once the user had chosen from a selection of custom graphics they could download and print out their paper airplane template.
The site received an award and placement in Applied Arts Magazine.
